- Must be at least 14 years old (participants under 18 require a signed enrolment form from a parent/guardian).
- Have a valid USI (Unique Student Identifier) for certification issuance.

- Copy of expiring or expired first aid certificate recommended (not mandatory)
Physical Requirements:
- Perform 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on adult manikin kneeling on the floor
- Perform 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on infant manikin kneeling on the floor
- Demonstrate the correct use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Complete bandaging and wound management techniques
Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Requirements
Participants completing this first aid refresher class must possess:
- Basic English skills to understand online learning materials
- Ability to complete written assessment questions
- Competence to follow verbal assessment instructions
- Skills to complete incident documentation
