Replacing the superseded HLTAID006 Provide Advanced First Aid, this course is the most advanced and interactive available. By taking this course, you will learn more than just standard first aid and CPR.

Short Course Duration
This course is less than a day long. It takes just 6 hours to become fully qualified in Advanced First Aid. Come in from 9 am to 4 pm during the week or on the weekend and become an advanced first aider ready to handle any emergency which comes your way. Learn theory and practical skills with hands-on demonstrations and passionate teachers. You won’t believe how quickly the time goes!

Four Courses For The Price Of One
HLTAID014 includes nationally recognised units of competency such as:
HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Learn all about how to provide CPR to someone experiencing a cardiac arrest or who has stopped breathing. This vital first aid response is a series of chest compressions and breaths which can generate blood flow and oxygen.
HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
Learn about the use of AED’s (Automated External Defibrillator’s) and other tools in critical situations.
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
Standard first aid course teachings are included within this course, such as the treatment of burns, surface wounds, asthma, anaphylaxis and more.
HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid
HLTAID014 builds on these units, providing in-depth knowledge and skills that can help take your learning and confidence to new heights.
No Prerequisites
You don’t need any prior training to attend an HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid Course. Just show up with a positive attitude, comfortable clothing, enclosed shoes, and you’re good to go!
Please also make sure that you have done your course reading and quiz prior to attendance; these can be found in your student portal when your booking has been made.
Same Day Certificate
Come in for your training and leave with your certificate the same day! FirstAidPro ensures that once you have successfully completed your course, you receive your certificate. Your certificate will be sent to you as a PDF so that you can easily attach it to your resume or other important documents and print it at any time.
Three Year Certification
This course ensures that you are a certified advanced first aider for three years. HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation needs yearly renewal according to the Australian and New Zealand Resuscitation Council. However, this is the only unit of competency that will not be valid for the full three-year duration.
